By placing an order for a product or service through Ruimen.shop, you agree to the terms set forth herein. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, there is no guarantee that products will be in stock when an order is placed. If an item is not in stock at the time the order is placed, we will notify you and process a refund for the out-of-stock item.
Pricing and Payment
All prices posted on the website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
We may offer promotional codes that can be redeemed for discounts on qualifying purchases. The use of promotional codes is subject to any additional terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of offer.
We accept various payment methods, including all major credit and debit cards processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Order Processing
We take great care to ensure that your order is processed quickly and accurately. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or adjust orders, including after an order has been submitted and confirmed. If payment has already been processed for the purchase price of the item at the time of such cancellation, modification, or adjustment, we will credit back the original method of payment.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number promptly after your order is placed. This email will serve as proof that we received your order. Please save this email and your order number for future reference regarding your purchase.
We endeavor to ship all in-stock items within 3 business days of order placement. However, some orders may take up to 7 business days to process. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide shipping throughout the continental United States using common carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in the order confirmation email based on stock availability and carrier delivery times. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by inaccurate delivery estimates, carrier errors or delays, address errors, inclement weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
A signature may be required upon delivery for certain products or orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that a signature is provided in order to accept delivery. Redelivery, rerouting, and other charges may apply if no one is available to accept delivery.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any customized or personalized products.
To request a return:

- Complete the Return Authorization Form and include it with your return
- Securely package the product including all original parts and accessories
- Ship the item to the return facility address provided on the Return Authorization Form
Once returns are received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your financial institution’s policies. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.
You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning items to our returns facility. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All refunds are processed according to these terms and conditions. Approval for return and refund is determined at our sole discretion. If your return does not meet our return policy, we will refuse the refund or chargeback request.
Product Warranties
Ruimen® Smart Watch, Smart Watch Charger provides a limited warranty that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original ship date. This limited warranty covers only normal use and does not cover damaged resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care and maintenance.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact our Support team within the 1-year warranty period to describe the problem and obtain a Return Authorization Form. You must return the defective product to us with the Return Authorization Form included. If we determine a defect exists and is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. We will pay for return shipping of repaired or replaced items to you.
This limited warranty provides specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of damages, so the limitations may not apply to you. You are advised to consult applicable state laws for a full determination of your rights.
Product Liability
Ruimen® Smart Watch, Smart Watch Charger cannot be held liable for any damage caused to your smartwatch, smartphone, computer, or other device used in connection with our products. We make no warranty that use of such devices in connection with our products will not result in damage to connected devices or loss of data stored on connected devices.
You agree to only use our products in the manner intended and recommended. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or improper care and maintenance of products.
In no event will Ruimen® Smart Watch, Smart Watch Charger be liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the product or use of the product.
The entire liability of Ruimen® Smart Watch, Smart Watch Charger and your exclusive remedy for damages from any cause related to or arising out of these Terms, regardless of the form of action (whether contract, tort, including negligence, strict product liability or otherwise), will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruimen® Smart Watch, Smart Watch Charger with respect to your use of our website, products, and services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral.
